Return Qualifications

To ensure a smooth refund process, please verify that your return meets the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of your delivery date.

  • Condition: Pieces must be returned in reasonable condition. We understand you may have tried the item on, so partial or light use is perfectly acceptable.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return postage.

  • Disqualifications: We cannot accept returns for items showing obvious signs of negligence, improper care, unauthorized alterations, or misuse. This includes damage from harsh chemicals, abrasive surfaces, or excessive physical force. Items returned in a completely unsellable state due to user-caused damage will not be refunded.

Voided Warranties (Customer-Caused Damage)

Charges related to the Lucia James Rewards® VIP membership are governed by this same 30-day policy per billing cycle. Per FTC regulations, you maintain the right to cancel your subscription at any absolute time.
