# The Lucia James Terms & Conditions of Use

Welcome to Lucia James. These Terms of Service ("Terms") dictate the rules and guidelines for utilizing luciajames-jewelry.com (the "Boutique" or "Site") and any subsequent acquisitions made through our platform. By accessing our Site, you acknowledge and consent to be bound by these provisions.

## 1. Platform Conduct & Usage

You agree to navigate and utilize this Site strictly for lawful purposes, respecting the rights, safety, and privacy of others. You are strictly prohibited from leveraging the platform to transmit, distribute, or facilitate any fraudulent, malicious, or unauthorized material.

## 2. Curation & Accuracy of Artifacts

We dedicate immense effort to accurately presenting the details, imagery, and specifications of our jewelry collections. However, we cannot guarantee that every product description, photograph, or listed price is entirely devoid of errors. We reserve the exclusive right to rectify inaccuracies without notice and to decline or void orders placed under incorrect pricing structures.

## 3. Financial Transactions & Valuations

* All valuations and prices are denoted in USD and may be adjusted at our discretion without prior notification.
* Full payment must be authorized and received before any pieces are dispatched from our facility.
* We securely process transactions across all major credit networks.
* Recurring subscription charges, including the Lucia James Rewards® membership, are governed by Section 4 below.

## 4. VIP

The Lucia James Rewards® membership may be added to your order during checkout. By enrolling, you authorize us to initiate recurring charges to your designated payment method in accordance with the schedule set out below, until you cancel. New members receive a **14-day complimentary trial**, commencing on the date of enrollment. No membership fee is charged during this period. If you cancel at any point before the trial concludes, you will not be charged* **Membership fee: $29.99 USD per month.**
* **First charge:** applied automatically at the conclusion of the 14-day complimentary trial, unless cancelled beforehand.
* **Recurring charges:** applied automatically every month thereafter, on the monthly anniversary of your first billing date.
* **Duration:** the membership continues on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
* **Price changes:** we will provide notice before any change to the membership fee takes effect, and you may cancel before the revised price applies.
* Membership fees already billed are non-refundable, save where required by applicable law or where we elect to issue a refund at our discretion.For the duration of an active membership, members receive exclusive early access to new collections, priority shipping on all orders, and member-only pricing.You retain full autonomy over your commitment. You may cancel your membership at any time, including during the complimentary trial, by any of the following methods:through your customer portal on the Site; emailing support@luciajames-jewelry.com;
by telephoning +1 (888) 417-8002 (toll free). To avoid the initial charge, cancellation must be completed before the 14-day trial concludes. To avoid any subsequent charge, cancellation must be completed before your next monthly billing date.

The entirety of the content housed on this Site, encompassing our editorial text, photography, bespoke logos, and site architecture, is the exclusive property of Lucia James and CONNERY ECOMMERCE LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, distribution, or commercial utilization without explicit written consent is strictly forbidden.

* Lucia James assumes no liability for adverse physical reactions stemming from misuse, individual allergies, or the neglect of proper jewelry care protocols.

## 7. Limitation of Liability

To the absolute maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucia James, CONNERY ECOMMERCE LLC, and its directors, officers, and affiliates shall bear no liability for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages resulting from your interaction with our Site or products. This includes, but is not restricted to, loss of capital, data, or brand goodwill.

## 8. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms are interpreted and governed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, bypassing any conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes, claims, or controversies arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively within the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

## 9. Amendments to Provisions

We maintain the right to revise or modify these Terms at our discretion and at any time. Your continued engagement with the Site following any published updates signifies your formal acceptance of the revised Terms.
